Fast check-in & check-out service, all the staff are super friendly and always ready to help (the receptionist can speak Japanese). The room is arranged in a cozy Japanese style with a golf course view.
Definitely worth trying for those who want a comfortable holiday.

I stayed here during a business trip to the industrial estate. Next to the reception, there is a convenience store, and in the basement you’ll find a large public bath and a restaurant serving Japanese food. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to nearby malls, which is very convenient for business travelers. There is a golf course right in front of the hotel and a swimming pool inside. The atmosphere combines both Japanese and Indonesian elements, making it a very suitable hotel for short-term business stays.

The front desk staff can communicate in Japanese. There is a large public bath and sauna, and they even provide free shuttle service to nearby izakayas. Considering the price, the range of services is excellent and the cost performance is very good. The building and facilities are indeed a bit old, and the amenities and towels are more like budget hotel quality, but for a business trip it is more than sufficient with no real issues. Around 5 a.m. you can hear the morning prayer call, but it’s not too disturbing as you can easily go back to sleep. Although it’s in a rural area, I felt genuine hospitality with attentive service. Since many guests are people working in the industrial estate, when I went for breakfast around 8 a.m. the restaurant was empty and very quiet.

We had an event from Friday until Monday. Upon arrival at the hotel, the location was a bit tucked away, but it makes sense since it’s connected to the Palm Spring golf course.
The lobby was very clean and nice, simple yet functional.
When we entered the room, it was a bit dusty, as if it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned properly beforehand, but still neat and organized. Our room had a very large refrigerator and a work desk. The bed was comfortable, though slightly smaller in size. What we really liked was the strong water pressure in the bathroom, and the hot water came out quickly. The staff also responded very promptly.
Breakfast leaned more towards Japanese cuisine, but there were still some universal options. The swimming pool was clean, although it seemed like there weren’t enough staff around, since I had to look around quite a bit to find someone for a towel.
Overall, this hotel is good, clean, and worth staying at, especially with the friendly staff.

This is a serviced apartment & hotel that has been around for quite some time.
The Japanese food is fairly good, and it also has a gym and a public bath.

Cheaper than Delonix, though it does not offer free shuttle service to Jakarta.
However, free shuttle service to nearby malls is available.
In terms of rooms, breakfast, and the convenience store, it is satisfactory with no issues.

This is a hotel located near the KIIC industrial area.
It is adjacent to a golf course, and most of the guests are Japanese.
The rooms are of a reasonable size, with a Japanese restaurant and a small convenience store, so there’s no real inconvenience.
The hotel also offers free car rides to nearby restaurants and malls.
Since it is far from downtown and large shopping malls, going out can be a bit troublesome, but for business stays, it’s perfectly fine and very comfortable.

I stayed here the night before for Saturday golf.
The female front desk staff were all fluent in Japanese.
Check-in was very smooth.
From above, the building is triangular in shape, and if you’re not used to it, moving around can be a little confusing.
My room was on the 3rd floor facing the road. When I opened the window, the noise from passing motorbikes was quite loud.
Although the building is a bit old, the room was very clean.
The drinking water provided was not cheap, but a quality brand, Pristine.
The room only had a shower, but the large public bath in B1 was available.
It also had a sauna, making it feel like a relaxing Japanese-style inn.
Next to the bath were a gym and an outdoor pool.
Compared to nearby hotels, the room rates were cheaper, but the facilities were excellent.
Next to the front desk, there is a convenience store selling drinks, bread, snacks, and daily goods. Unfortunately, they don’t sell beer.
On B1, there’s a restaurant focusing on Japanese food. The taste was decent, though some dishes were hit or miss. The waiters were very lively in their responses, which was a bit surprising but also endearing.
The car to the golf course the next morning arrived later than the reserved time.
Probably because it was early morning, there was only one driver available.
It’s better to book with some buffer time.
Overall, the facilities and services were very good for the room price.
It’s a satisfying hotel, and I’d like to stay here again.

Breakfast is served buffet style, including Japanese dishes.
Laundry service is free for up to six items per day.
The lobby staff can understand Japanese.
On weekdays, the gym and pool are rarely used.
The annex building is inconvenient to access.

I had an enjoyable game with my colleagues.
As I had heard, each hole had plenty of bunkers, which became good bunker practice.
I’ve gained a lot of confidence in handling bunkers now.

I’m staying in Karawang, about a two-hour drive from Jakarta.
Most of the nearby restaurants are Japanese, so I don’t really get much of the local vibe.
The hotel has an onsen and a pool, which makes it comfortable, but the Wi-Fi is slow.

I stayed at Puri Hotel for two weeks.
It was affordable and comfortable.
All the staff were sincere, kind, and full of enthusiasm.
Their smiles were wonderful.
I liked every dish served at the restaurant.
When I visit Karawang again, I will stay at Puri Hotel once more.

I think this is one of the most comfortable hotels around Karawang for Japanese guests. The main reason is that Japanese is fairly well understood and spoken here.
The old building of the hotel does look a bit dated, but I still highly recommend it. On the other hand, the new building is located right in front of a mosque, so around 4:30 in the morning, the call to prayer can be quite loud and may wake you up, leading to lack of sleep (haha). On weekdays, the roar of commuter motorcycles in the early morning adds to the noise as well. That’s why I suggest staying in a room further inside, near the reception area of the old building, where you’re less likely to be disturbed.
As for the restaurant, it mainly serves Japanese food. The taste is decent—not outstanding, but definitely fine to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly and greet you warmly, which makes the stay pleasant. There’s also a free shuttle bus to Karawang city center on holidays, which is quite convenient.
All in all, I’d say this hotel feels very homey and relaxing. It’s not overly formal, so you can feel at ease. But if you’re looking for a hotel with a more elegant or luxurious atmosphere, you might find it a bit lacking.

This was my first business trip to Indonesia. Since Jakarta is known for its heavy traffic, if your company is located in KIIC, the free shuttle service makes your stay much more comfortable. The hotel also offers a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. I didn’t play golf, but there is a golf course attached to the hotel. This time, thanks to a promotion, I was able to stay for about 4,000 yen (roughly half the usual price). I’d definitely like to stay here again for future business trips.

I stayed here for about a week on a business trip.
This hotel is designed with Japanese business travelers in mind.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Since there are no restaurants within walking distance, a free shuttle service is provided.
The restaurant is large and offers a wide variety of dishes, so you won’t get bored dining inside the hotel without going out.
There is also a convenience store and a Japanese-style public bath.
However, as there is a mosque right in front of the hotel, you will likely be woken up by the call to prayer around 4:30 every morning.

Since our factory is located in the Karawang International Industrial Estate, many expatriates and business travelers stay here, and I always use this hotel during business trips.
Traveling all the way to Jakarta can be quite difficult, but places like Cikarang are still within reach.
The hotel has been improving year by year, becoming more convenient, though the prices have also increased. This is understandable given rising labor and operational costs, but compared to local prices, the rates are clearly set with Japanese guests in mind.
On the other hand, Japanese is widely understood here, and all hotel information is provided with Japanese translations. For guests from Japan, this makes business trips much more安心 and worry-free.

The hotel quite old and the location is quite far..
The staffs were very friendly.
The breakfast was ok, it was japanese food.
The internet was really fast.
Cons.
First i got there, the room was stuffy.
I got there at night, so i took a shower. The water was ok back then.
But.. in the morning, when i finished my shower, i noticed that there was a sand in the bathroom floor, and i opened up the washbowl, and the water turned out brown and lots of sand in it. After maybe half an hour, the water still brown.

It had been a while since I last stayed at this hotel, but this time I stayed after having it booked through our sales office. I couldn’t make a reservation online.
For visiting clients, the location is convenient since it’s close to nearby industrial estates, and most importantly, you don’t have to go to Jakarta, so there’s no risk of getting stuck in traffic. In terms of location, I’m satisfied. However, I was shocked at checkout — they charged me USD 110!
It used to be around USD 70. I suppose with more Japanese business travelers and long-term stayers coming recently, they’ve raised the room rates significantly. I won’t be staying again.
Breakfast is a buffet, but honestly, for Japanese food standards, it’s rather poor — more like “Japanese-style.” If you had to eat it every day, you’d surely get tired of it.
The only positives are that you can watch NHK, there’s a bathtub, and you can relax a little. But none of that justifies USD 110.

It’s about a 5-minute drive from the highway interchange to Jakarta and about 10 minutes to the KIIC Industrial Estate, making it a convenient location. The hotel is adjacent to a golf course, and you can enjoy views of the course from the restaurant. However, there is an Islamic facility (mosque) across the street, so you’ll hear loud prayer calls early in the morning. I recommend choosing a room that doesn’t face the road.
